Our car rental rates are calculated on a daily basis, meaning one day equals 24 hours. Any rental exceeding four hours will be counted as another day. Our company does not offer hourly car rentals.

The minimum age to rent a car is 18 years old, and you must have a driver’s license that has been valid for at least 6 months.

One of the benefits for customers before renting a car is that they must inspect the vehicle every time before receiving it. This includes checking the entire car, inspecting for any existing scratches, and having the details documented in the rental agreement. Customers must also check the fuel gauge to ensure the fuel level is at its best, and take photos of any scratches or damage to the fuel gauge beforehand.

Our company will always fill the fuel tank completely when customers pick up their vehicles. The tank will always be full. Customers are required to refill the tank when they get back in. If customers do not refill the tank, they will have to pay for the fuel and the service fee for refilling the tank.

All of our vehicles are insured for commercial accident, covering both the vehicle and all drivers and passengers. Note: Customers must have a valid driver’s license and must not violate traffic laws, such as driving under the influence of alcohol. The insurance will not cover any violations in these cases.

Customers are prohibited from traveling beyond Surat Thani province unless prior consent is obtained from the vehicle owner. Otherwise, the company will consider this a violation of company policy, which could result in charges of theft or embezzlement, and you will be responsible for the costs of reclaiming the vehicle.

Our company will only collect a fuel deposit. If the customer returns the vehicle with a full tank of fuel at night, just as it was when they picked it up, we will refund the deposit within 24 hours.
